Main aim of the project is increasing the capacities of the informal network “Get involved, for Better Environment” for its transparent and accountability work.
Specific aims:
– Improving the transparency and accountability of the network by creating codes of conduct,
– Improved involvement of members in decision-making and implementation of codes of conduct for better transparency and accountability.
Project activities:
- Development of a rulebook on accountability and transparent operation of the informal network
- Organizing a three-day workshop for 20 participants to increase the capacity of the network for accountability and transparent operation
- Creating a website for the network
- Development of a strategy for working on the network
- Development of a rulebook for good governance
Project results:
- Increased capacities of the members of the network for accountability and transparent operation
- Developed joint strategy for working on the network
- Established organizational structure in the network in accordance with the prepared rulebook for good management
Project duration is 6 months, from March to August 2020.
The project is sub-granted within the project “Self-regulation of civil society organizations”, within the program “Sustainable civil society: state funding of civil society organizations” implemented by the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation (MCIC), Balkan Civil Society Development Network (BCSDN) and the Center for Information, Cooperation and Development of Civil Society Organizations from Slovenia (CNVOS). The program is funded by the European Union.
